GUARANTEE and RETURNS POLICY

Your Statutory Rights: The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 states that all customers have the right to cancel their contract within 7 working days, from the day after the delivery date of the goods.

We want all of our customers to be happy with both our products and service. If for any reason at all, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made directly from Dean's, we will refund your original payment in full. If you intend to return a product, please either telephone or email us to inform us you wish to return the good(s) (within 24 hours of receiving your goods if possible) Please also enclose your original receipt/invoice or a copy if you prefer, to help us to identify you. We will refund your credit card payment, once we have received the goods, and send you a copy of the refund voucher.

Dean's normally aims to despatch all goods within 30 days of receipt of an order. If for unforseen circumstances we are not able to meet this delivery schedule, we will contact you to advise you of a revised delivery date. You have the right to withdraw/cancel your order at any time prior to your order being despatched. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. A term to this effect is only compulsory if you choose to make the buyer responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Delivery charges will be added to your order where applicable. These charges are itemised where they apply on the ordering pages.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

These terms were last changed on 8th June 2007. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
