TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Dean's cannot be held responsible for the validity or content of any of the adverts placed on these pages. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make any checks necessary as to the validity and authenticity of the products being offered for sale. Dean's cannot enter into any mediation over transactions and sales.
2. Adverts submitted via the "Wanted" advert page can only contain Dean's bears which are being sought by the collector.
3. Adverts submitted via the "For Sale" form may contain up to 12 bears per advert at a cost of £3.00 per bear. We cannot include groups, collections etc. in adverts. All items offered for sale must be itemised and charged accordingly. "For Sale" adverts are not just restricted to Dean's produced teddy bears.
4. Adverts will remain on the BEAR MARKET adverts page for 3 months from the date of inclusion, unless Dean's are instructed otherwise by the advertiser to remove the advert.
5. Dean's reserve the right to amend, edit and reject adverts without explanation.
6. 'For Sale' adverts are charged at £3.00 per bear, and £2.00 per photograph. 'Wanted' adverts are free of charge.
